You Can Plan it ALL - BUT YOU NEED TO EXECUTE

Have you heard of the POWER LIST?

I have come across it a BUNCH of times when anything from Andy Frisella comes up - essentially you just make a list of five things you are going to get done today & then do them… actually do them.

Before you write those 5 things down, you have to really look in the mirror & ask yourself:

  • WHAT ARE YOU STRUGGLING WITH?

& be honest… is it going for walks? Reading? studying? Cooking? Cleaning? Socializing? Etc...

Once you narrow out those things THEN you create your list, because that is what you are going to focus on & be disciplined on doing; taking it one day at a time.

You want to set yourself up for success - you can create this list either the night before (for the next day) or the morning of. & once its written out REVIEW the list constantly, all day … to keep you on track to complete your tasks.

Although planning is VERY important - it is useless if you do not execute what is written out.

Funny thing… before I heard of this “POWER LIST” I had been in the habit of organizing my week ahead of time - grouping in 5-7 things that I needed to prioritize throughout the week on specific days.

These are habits I have created since like my high school days and they have stuck. Keep yourself accountable & track your progress towards your own goals.

What are some habits you are proud of?

REMINDER:

Go prioritize yourself:

Your physical health matters.

Your mental health matters.

Your emotional health matters.

YOU MATTER.
