“Planning is bringing the future into the present so that you can do something about it now.”
When you plan ahead you are setting yourself up for success.
YOU are able to design the (almost) perfect plan - around what works best for you because you are aware of your own time & you have the control over it.
I say "almost" because at first you might hit some bumps in the road, but thats totally normal.
Know that planning your week is important -
doing so allows you to find the best way to spend your time, in the most efficient way possible
It'll gauge how much you can actually get done in the amount of time you have, & as you continue on with planning your weeks you will be able to fine tune your days. I promise it gets easier - it becomes a habit.
I personally plan my week on Sunday mornings - I reflect on the week & plan ahead.
SO when doing so -
get a weekly planner!
make sure you set weekly goals
write out a checklist on the side that prioritizes the important To Dos for the week
If you have any questions about how to organize your day, reach out to me - I can confidently say that I do my very best to find (make) time for almost everything that comes my way - even if I have to plan far ahead.
You are capable! *check out the post before this one.

REMINDER:
Go prioritize yourself:
Your physical health matters.
Your mental health matters.
Your emotional health matters.
YOU MATTER.
