Today will be a good day
Let's set a positive tone for the day -
I know that we may get hung up on how your day may have been yesterday, or how it ended, but we cannot change that - all we can do is move forward & learn.
You have the power to decide to be happy ahead of time - it's a decision, it's YOUR decision.
So again, repeat after me "today will be a good day"
obviously, sometimes it's easier said than done... but the power of your subconscious is freaking incredible - & the power of putting it out to the universe is VERY real. (I believe in it)
QUICK story:
back when my husband & I were talking about having kids, he always said we would either have twins or a baby with blue eyes... I would laugh, & literally say better luck next time... but he kept repeating it, he kept saying that we would have twins & when the day happened - I got pregnant, sure enough... I was pregnant with twins & my girls are the kind of twins where MY body decided to split the egg spontaneously after fertilization.
He put it out to the universe.
& this is just ONE story, I have plenty of others.
The thing is... with saying things out loud ... you have to MEAN IT, like really mean it. You can't just joke & say "I'm going to be rich"
No you have to MANIFEST it -
say these positive affirmations,
walk the walk,
surround yourself with positivity,
journal,
set up a vision board.
& this goes with ANYTHING - so today WILL be a good day... but WHY will it be a good day? What are YOU going to do differently that will make it a good day?
Personally,
today will be a good day because I have already followed through with my morning routine, I slept 1 whole hour more than I have in the past two weeks, I am reminding myself CONSTANTLY to "enjoy the little things" & to "focus on the good" (stuff I have on my vision board), & most importantly... it will be a good day, because I have the opportunity to learn, love, and grow alongside my daughters (no matter how overwhelming it may be at times, especially going solo at it for now).
So one more time, repeat after me "today will be a good day" - now go WALK THE WALK.
