What gets you going might not do anything for me - MOTIVATING YOURSELF can be difficult.
As of lately, I have been personally struggling with finding the drive/desire to go after my goals. I'd much rather just lay on the couch when the girls go down for a nap or at night for bedtime than do anything else. I like to almost always find a way to blame being "tired"...
Some days are EXTRA hard - & I literally feel like I am dragging.
& although this has been happening - I actually still get up and do the work for whatever I have planned. Yes I am tired, yes my sleep has been broken by sick pups or scared toddlers or even my own bathroom breaks.
but if I don't move forward then who will do that for me?
no one, there may be people who show up in your life & are actually willing to grab your hand and walk through any obstacles with you - you still need to find your discipline from within.
We get into our head way too often, and we like to psych ourselves out.
We are capable of so much, and more.
Be grateful for the small things and everything in between - hold on to the positive around you, if you can't see that then go out and find it.
But most importantly:
Don't judge yourself or feel guilty for not being as active or motivated as you would like to be.
Take a step back and give yourself that time to not do anything - but just like everything in life "within moderation". Recognize your emotional state. Honor your feelings.
I personally set timers & force myself to visualize my success.
Keep moving forward - just like on days that you "lose" motivation there will be days you will "gain" it back, discipline will set you apart & help you even more!

Go prioritize yourself:
Your physical health matters.
Your mental health matters.
Your emotional health matters.
