Most of the Time - I Have NO Idea

I always think that I know what to write about -

but I never do...

This is a mindset blog (most of the time, if not all the time, at least); so the goal here is to write out words and sentences, that if you read this - it somehow clicks & you react with "that is so true" or "I am going to shift my thoughts" or even "it's time for a positive change in my own life".

*one could only hope

HOWEVER, I am also learning - so all that I write... is me throwing out words & processing what I read, what I go through, how I feel, & most importantly my own thoughts.

& usually when I REREAD the blogs - I get inspired. It's become like an accountability thing for me.

I put this off this week - because I really did not want to do it... simple as that. I had nothing in my mind, or so I thought until I was reminded that sometimes you really have to dig deep.

This reminder came in two different ways via instagram (of course) & the book I am reading (Raising Good Humans).

So with THIS specific post - I just want to say, that your mind will blur thoughts if you let it. Just keep pushing through those "blurred lines", sooner or later you will be able to read that fine print again. I know, I understand how frustrating it can be to be consumed by your thoughts to the point that it's all some kind of alphabet noodle soup or whatever.

RECOGNIZE that, ALLOW yourself to feel it, INVESTIGATE why you are feeling that way, & then NURTURE yourself with compassion.

You got this.

& I got this too.

REMINDER:

Go prioritize yourself:

Your physical health matters.

Your mental health matters.

Your emotional health matters.

YOU MATTER.
