Self-doubt: lack of confidence in oneself and one's abilities.
At some point in our lives, I am almost 100% positive that we question whether or not we are doing enough.
... right now, in my life it's - am I working out enough ... am I strong enough, am I a good enough mom, am I doing enough for my clients, am I successful enough ?
We go through these ups & downs in life - we just have to catch ourself and NOT get stuck... we owe it to ourselves!
As many of you know, or don't, I tend to shoot for perfectionism (even if I am reminding myself almost daily that progress > perfection).
This trait or characteristic I have pushes me into that whole "self-doubt" mindset, & sometimes I have to force myself to take a step back and remember that every little step is part of something bigger.
Just like I remind my clients that small changes make for BIG accomplishments.
