You are going to figure it out.
You are going to be able to overcome whatever comes your way.
Challenges will always arise, life will almost always be a roller coaster ride, you may even be faced with discouragement & negativity at the most random times (I bet even at your "lowest" points).
It will probably be exhausting & difficult to face these bumps head on
BUT keep in mind these small moments are just that - small (even if they feel monumental).
I get it though - in that VERY moment it can feel like it is all too much, I mean that moment can even become days, weeks, months, or years... if you let it
Where am I going with this?
... I want you to think of the 2-3 positive things that happened today.
... I want you to hold on to that & see how that positivity impacted your day.
Focus on that positive thinking - this doesn't mean you ignore life's less pleasant situations. It just means that you approach unpleasantness in a more positive & productive way.
Check in with yourself throughout the day, stop & evaluate what you're thinking. Try to put a spin to the negativity.
"This is too difficult" -----> "I'll tackle it from a different angle"
When your state of mind is generally optimistic, you are more likely to be able to handle everyday stress in a more constructive way.
There are health benefits that come from positive thinking.
Add this habit - keep on working to better yourself daily, at least by 1% (thats way more than 0%...)

REMINDER:
Go prioritize yourself:
Your physical health matters.
Your mental health matters.
Your emotional health matters.
YOU MATTER.
