A Little Bit About Me

My Story:

I married my high school sweetheart who is currently serving in the United States Marine Corps, and became a mom to a set of beautiful identical twin girls and a very handsome Shiba Inu.

My interest with the health and wellness field was sparked by my love for sports and my want to help others, but it was most recently fueled by my daughters. I constantly strive to be the best version of myself on the daily basis - including my physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing - I do this so that my daughters have the mother they deserve! & so that I remember to continue to prioritize myself.

Restarting my training - postpartum - brought on a lot of change, for the good. I put a focus on strength & feel good, versus weight measurements. Obviously, not everyone's goal is the same as mine but I do hope to somehow shift everyone's mindset into wanting to feel good & be strong... instead of living their life in regards to the number on the scale. There is so much more to it, learn to love movement & trust the process.

Quick Timeline:

2017 - Graduated with my Bachelors in Nutrition and Dietetics

2018 - Became a Nutrition and Dietetics Technician, Registered... AND relocated to Long Island, NY

2019 - Graduated with my Masters in Health Services Administration

2020 - Relocated to Tampa, FL and bringing YOU back a VIRTUAL SUNOUT WORKOUT

I prioritize protein, enjoy my macronutrients, & hydrate daily... (my goal for you all!)

Part of my JOURNEY:

The picture on the left was taken 11/1/2020 when I first started some type of routine with resistance training (after having my kids - for reference they were born 12/2019) & the picture on the right was taken 1/26/2022... 1 year and almost 3 months of consistently working on myself.

I don't normally hop on the scale - but to provide you all with information... I did.

This is my proof that the number on the scale doesn't always do you justice. I know that I look good & I KNOW THAT I FEEL GOOD!
